Deposit to hold any dates will be 33% of
the rental fee at the time the contract is signed, a second payment of 33% will
be required 60 days after the contract is signed and the reminding 34% will be
payable 30 days prior to the event. Packages and other specials will be billed
in the same manner. The Chateau at Midtown reserves the right to refuse rental
to anyone.
Our Rental fee includes a three (3) hour
complimentary setup time immediately prior to the event setting time and a one
(1) hour breakdown immediately following the event. Additional setup and
breakdown time (must be scheduled) and will be billed at $100.00 per hour,
payable prior to the event setup.
